I am an expert in mental health (especially ADHD) small business ownership and emotional resilience. I’ve started and run several successful businesses and have been self employed since 2010.
My vast experience means a conversation that has substance and nuance.

My style is direct and often irreverent, yet always professional. I do use colorful language on my own podcast, but if you don’t have an E rating, or don’t care for the occasional “F bomb”, I also have a fair degree of self control. I’ll follow your lead.
Nothing is off limits for me and I’m unafraid of going deep. Why settle for filling a content void when you can have a meaningful convo?

I’ve been told I have an “NPR quality voice”, so there’s that. I also don’t fumble the ball, go off on tangents, hijack the interview or shamelessly self promote, use excessive filler words or generally waste your time,

I am a business strategist, coach, mentor (and former psychotherapist) for neurodivergent small business owners, creatives and independent professionals.
I love to talk about unlearning the cultural conditioning that made you employee of the month, so you can become a badass in business. (They aren’t the same skill set.)
My credentials (for those who care about such things) are: bachelors and masters degrees from UCLA, and coach training and certification. I've lost track of the units I've earned at the School of Hard Knocks, but estimate they are in the thousands.
I have launched and run several businesses and worked with hundreds of clients to craft a business based on their unique brilliance and expertise while reducing their risk for burnout.
I am now on a mission to help established business owners to craft stand-out, sought-after, profitable and right-sized businesses, by eliminating everything that wastes their money, time, and talent.
